You know, apart from the Korean fever about music and drama in Indonesia, it turns out that some of us also like some of the food there. An example is "CornDog", a South Korean cuisine that is very popular in Indonesia, this food consists of sausage and mozzarella cheese which is sprinkled with bread flour dough and then fried.
The melted mozzarella cheese inside makes this food one of the flavorings, plus the sauce and mayonnaise.

Ingridients
• Two eggs
• Flour
• Instant yeast
• Bread crumbs
• Sauce
• mayonnaise
• Skewers
• Sausage
• Cheese
How to make
• We make the flour dough first, mix 250 grams of flour, one teaspoon of instant yeast, add one egg then give enough water and stir until blended
• Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes or until the dough expands as shown below
• Cut the cheese and sausage as desired
• Stab the cheese and sausage together using the skewers that have been provided
• Beat one egg in a bowl, then pour the breadcrumbs in a bowl to taste
The ingredients are ready.
How to fry
• Coat the sausage and cheese with the flour mixture
• Then coat with egg
• Finally, coat it with breadcrumbs
Fry until cooked and brown
And this is the result, it's a little complicated to make but the taste won't disappoint you.
