If you are a Naija brought up, you will agree with me that Akamu is a house hold name across the country. If you grew up in Naija, chances are that you must have had a delicious meal of Akamu and Akara or Akamu and Beans at one time or the other. Mmmm.. I'm suddenly salivating.

Talking about being in existence, Akamu is as old, even older than Nigeria as a country. But one thing that is common with it is that you will never find it in a dry and properly packaged format.

So, I went into a grocery store today in Portharcourt and found this decently packaged Akamu (Palp, Maize flour or you can call it Ogi.) Wooo...I was so impressed at the innovation.
I purchased one pack and behold it tasted so good when prepared.

I really commend the effort of the inventor of this packaging idea. Good job.

If you are in Naija, go try it too. You will love it
