If you haven't had the opportunity to visit the Magical Garden yet, we bring you good news! This interactive sensory experience will remain in the Botanical Garden until December 30th, thus delighting everyone. With the time change, you will also be able to visit earlier, as the sessions start from 18:00, from Wednesday to Sunday.
Get ready to enter a garden where you will be able to travel the world through the colorful of thousands of lights, sounds and, of course, a lot of magic. This is a show designed for adults and children alike (free entry for children up to 3 years old), which includes the installation of a course of more than about one kilometer with more than 20 experiences of light, sound environments, videomapping projections and, amazement, a world of illuminated dinosaurs.
The Magical Garden light and color show promises you a trip around the world through a route where light, color and ambient sounds will make you “dive” into another dimension, where you will be able to connect with botany and nature through a unique sensory experience.
The route you will take highlights some of the botanical species already existing in the garden itself and will surprise you with the various lighting installations, which include more than 300 lanterns and thousands of LED lamps, as well as holograms, light sculptures and even experiences. interactive activities that will further enrich this fantastic visit to the Botanical Garden of Porto.
what can you see In addition to all the botanical wealth that this garden already offers its visitors every day, since June, the same producers of Porto Legends or Impressive Monet & Brilliant Klimt, Atelier OCUBO, are surprising with fantastic colored pieces, in a route where You'll be able to spot dinosaurs and various other bright wild animals, such as elephants, tigers, camels or leopards.

The Magical Garden at Jardim Botânico do Porto has sessions from Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 6pm.

As I mentioned above, children up to 3 years old can visit the Magical Garden completely free of charge. After the first days, with a single promotional price for all visitors over 3 years old, families and residents of Porto will also have access to reduced prices to enjoy this enchanted show.
