Hola amigos de Full Deporte me complace compartir con ustedes mi clase de bailoterapia, tuvo una duración de 1 hora 20 minutos, en dónde pude hacer ejercicios y combinarlos con el baile y buena musica.
Empezamos con un calentamiento de todo el cuerpo, estiramiento y seguidamente combinamos ejercicios con baile y todos los pasos que iba realizando la instructora, lo bueno es que ella está atenta y va realizando acotaciones personalizadas en cuanto a la postura o la intensidad, asegurándose de que se haga de forma correcta el ejercicio.
Reímos como de costumbre y aunque algunas partes fueron agotadoras trate de seguir el ritmo y sobre todo de llevar el paso.
Lo que me motiva a compartir este post con ustedes es poder llevar un registro de mi avance, se que tengo sobrepeso Pero está es una forma de motivarme a seguir adelante para mejorar mi salud y también mi condición física.

Hello friends of Full Deporte I am pleased to share with you my dance therapy class, it lasted 1 hour 20 minutes, where I could do exercises and combine them with dancing and good music.
We started with a warm-up of the whole body, stretching and then we combined exercises with dance and all the steps that the instructor was doing, the good thing is that she is attentive and is making personalized notes in terms of posture or intensity, making sure that the exercise is done correctly.
We laughed as usual and although some parts were exhausting, I tried to keep up and above all to keep the pace.
What motivates me to share this post with you is to be able to keep track of my progress, I know I am overweight but this is a way to motivate me to keep moving forward to improve my health and also my physical condition.
