As a young girl I always had a wish of becoming a Teacher. My mother was a school teacher and sometimes I used to go with her to her school. At the school, I would see all the children giving her so much respect. I would feel in that moment that she was the most important person in the world and I also wanted to be like her. At that time the only thought for me was that as a Teacher you are an important person in the society and everyone listens to you, and I too wanted to be that person, like my mother.
Then as I grew up, had a wider view of the world, my preferences changed, but somewhere in my heart the wish for being a teacher was still there. Though I must admit that it was not a very strong passion that could drive me in that direction. After almost 15 years in my career, I got an opportunity to work in the Training department of my Company and that's where again the Teaching wish came to fulfillment. Of all the roles in my career that I played, Training was the best one, it came natural to me, and that time I realized that it was the best job for me. After that I stuck to Training role for a long time in my career and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I did not become a Teacher but still I did fulfill my wish of Teaching through Training programs. Teaching is a wide profession and that I understood only later in life. It is just not limited to teaching in school. You can teach on any skill that you are proficient in. Now I teach on Crystal Healing and Pendulum Dowsing as a freelancer. It is something that I enjoy the most, more than my HR consulting work also.
