Welcome to my blog again. I am so glad that you are here . Today i would like to share the recipe of garlic bread.
Garlic bread is a super easy and quick Italian recipe which taste superb with pasta & meet balls and a good option for dinner. Garlic bread is just a roasted bread with the mixture of garlic, butter, cheese and some herbs as a topping . Crispy, spicy and tasty to have 😋.
We can make in many types and have any type of bread. This time i take brown bread to make this quick and delicious garlic bread.

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Bread slices 5-6
- Butter 4 tbsp+ 1 tbsp
- Garlic 8-10 cloves
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bowl
- Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tbsp
- Cheese 2 small cube
PROCESS ✅
- STEP 1 :
First chopped the garlic and coriander finely. You can also grate the garlic or can use dry garlic paste. This time i chopped it finely like this.
STEP 2 :
Take a mixing bowl, add melted butter ( at room temperature) and mix chooped garlic and coriander.
also add some herbs like chilli flakes and oregano. You can adjust the quantity accordingly to your taste. Give it a good mix.
Your mixture is ready for garlic bread.
STEP 3 :
Now spread the mixture on the bread. For that took one slice of bread and spread mixture evenly on one side.
Now grate cheese on the top. Your bread is ready for toast.
STEP 4 :
Heat a pan , spread butter and put the bread on the pan . Don't heat it too much and keep the flame low. Cover it with a lid so cheese gets melt properly.
Within one minute your garlic bread is ready to enjoy.
Cut into the slices as you want and enjoy with pasta or something else and make time memorable with your loved ones.
This time we made red sause pasta and Garlic bread for dinner. Pasta made by my SIL And i prepared garlic bread.
