I was able to buy frozen peppers and onions at Save A Lot which made it easier to cook. I fried the potatoes about 20 minutes I think and should have done 25 or 30 minutes. It was still good though.
I might go to the store and buy some breadcrumbs to make this tonight or tomorrow.
