Consider this a guide for ≤ Gold league players

Sacred LLama Mage... again! The strategy is to deal massive damage with the tank surviving as long as possible. And the highest damage output would be General Sloan with the ranged monsters. Seeing my opponent's fearsome recent battles, I could only hope for the best when dealing with this Llama.

My previous battles were mostly filled up with Sneak monsters since I was doing sneak quest for the day. My opponent probably saw that as an opportunity and tried to roast me by deploying his Llama and Gelatinous Cube tank with all fodders in his backline against my sneak attacks.

Little did he know... I play for win over quest. šŸ˜‚

Ruleset: Unprotected & Equalizer | 17 šŸ”®

Full ranged damage, let's go!

  • General Sloan summoner gives friendly monsters +1 ranged attack.
  • Furious Chicken serves as a good tank here since Equalizer is in place.
  • Soul Fiend is the secondary tank. Again, with Equalizer can last longer as a tank.
  • Air Elemental is the foremost ranged monster put in position for its extraordinary speed that can assist in getting those misses when up as a tank.
  • Venari Crystalsmith does heal which is excellent for Equalizer matches since there are so much health to heal for. Being a ranged monster is a plus.
  • Herbalist a cheap 2 mana ranged attack monster to add in to damages.
  • Halfling Alchemist another cheap 2 mana ranged attack monster for the damage. Since there were no armour in this match, I should have placed it before Herbalist but I'm so used to it in the last position as it normally has 1 armor that can last longer against sneak attacks.

This was the highest damage I could do with 17 mana makedo... Release the arrows!

After deleting the Gelatinous Cube, the enemies can only do 1 damage per round which can be easily healed up by my Venari Crystalsmith. That's how this post's title came about!

Yet another Creeping Ooze with Last Stand! Nice health points there but you're still a free hit. šŸ˜‚

Flawless Victory! šŸ™Œ

The opponent thinks... at least. Trying to counter my sneak with the ever healing Gelatinous Cube.

It was a good one. Healing 5 initially and with all the scavenges + Last Stand, it would've healed over 10 health points each round. Then, I would be getting rid off by fatigue. It's an annoyingly good strategy but not when he guessed my lineup wrongly~
