🆘 Stop the Healing! 🆘

Consider this a guide for ≤ Gold league players

Countering magic. Bortus summoner is my favourite in that as it reduce 1 magic damage for all enemies and has high stats monsters with Void (Reduced damage from Magic attacks) - namely Torhilo the Frozen & Djinn Oshannus. To increase chances of victory, support must heal up the tank with Void to sustain the battle while slowly taking out the enemies. Here's where Affliction comes in to stop any heal and soften up the tank. ❌⚕️❌

Ruleset: Keep Your Distance

Since melee is not available, and judging from the opponent's previous battles with level 3 Alric Stormbringer, I prepared to face a full magic team.

• Bortus to -1 magic damage for enemies.
• Djinn Oshannus tanks the magic spam.
• Prismatic Energy reflects magic damage and acts as secondary tank.
• Captain's Ghost for affliction to prevent healing.
• Nerissa Tridawn with the high magic damage.
• Merdaali Guardian to heal up my tank.
• Axemaster for the highest damage.

The opponent has Captain's Ghost as well to counter my healing except he chose Venari Wavesmith for armor protection instead of healing. That makes my Captain's Ghost less effective as a Deeplurker would deal higher damage. But this is Splinterlands, there's always surprises~ Let's see how we fight level 3 Alric and his magic minions!
