Last week the weather was raining and cloudy. Today the weather
is clear and we can see the blue
sky without cloud.
And this evening I walked along the
road of my village. The environment
is green and everything I see is
clean. Also wild flowers of some
are beautiful because of the sun
light.
My mind is very peacefull when I
walking this evening. Everything I see make me fresh. It was take
about 45 minutes long for walking.

ပြီးခဲ့သည့်ရက်ပိုင်း အနည်းငယ်ခန့်ကစလို့ မိုးရွာ
လိုက်၊ မိုးအုံ့လိုက်ဖြစ်နေခဲ့ပါသည်။ မိုးရွာသည့်အခါ
ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်က စိမ်းစိမ်းစိုစို ဖြစ်ပေမဲ့ မိုးတိမ်များ
အုံ့မိုင်းနေခြင်းကြောင့် စိတ်လည်း ထိုင်းမိုင်းကာ
မလန်းမဆန်း ဖြစ်ရပါသည်။
ဒီနေ့တော့ မနက်ကတည်းကစလို့ ကောင်းကင်က
ရှင်းလင်းကြည်ပြာနေပြီး မိုးတိမ်ကင်းစင်လို့နေပါ
သည်။ ကျွန်တော့်အတွက်တော့ စိတ်နှင့် ရာသီဥုတု
သည် တိုက်ရိုက်ဆက်စပ်နေသည်။ မိုးရွာတာကို
ကြိုက်ပါသည်။ သို့သော် နေ့စဥ်ရက်ဆက် ရွာတဲ့မိုးကို
ဖြင့် မနှစ်သက်လှပါ။ မိုးများနေ့စဥ်ရက်ဆက်ရွာပြီး
မိုးစွေနေလျှင်ဖြင့် စိတ်ပါ အလိုလိုထိုင်းမိုင်းလာသလို
ခံစားရသည်။
ဒီနေ့တော့ ရာသီဥုတုသာယာ၍ ညနေပိုင်းလမ်း
လျောက်ထွက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ပတ်ဝန်ကျင်းမှာ မိုးရွာပြီး၍
စိမ်းစိုလန်းဆန်းလို့နေပါသည်။ ပြီး တောပန်းကလေး
များသည်လည်း ညနေခင်း နေရောင်ဖျော့ဖျာ့ကိုခံယူ
ကြရင်း အစွမ်းကုန်လှနေကြပါသည်။
မိတ်ဆွေများလည်း ကျွန်တော်မျှဝေပေးသော ပန်းပုံ
များနှင့် ရှူခင်းပုံများကို ကြည့်ရှူရင်း ပျော်ရွှင်ကြပါ
စေကြောင်း မျှော်လင့်မိပါသည်။
ဒီနေ့ကျွန်တော် အသက်ရှင်နေပါသည်။
ဘာပဲဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဒီနေ့အသက်ရှင်ခွင့်ပေးထားတဲ့
အထောက်အပံ့အားလုံးကို ကျေးဇူးတင်ပါတယ်။
