In the words of a good friend - Our family always takes the road less traveled. We've given up the comforts of life back 'home' to experience all the world has to offer.
Our Family: we're Expat's that live the Galapagos Islands. I'm a stay at home father and when I'm not doing the daycare gig I tour and work in Rock'N'Roll as a Stage Manager, a High Rigger, and as a Sound Engineer. My gorgeous wife is a professor of Mathematics, Geography, and English. Our 3y/o son is a born adventurer - current life goals are to become a 'good pirate' - he speaks English, Spanish, some Vietnamese, and lots of Dinosaur.
We try to live as traveler's and not as tourists. The distinction as we see it is - We strive for experiences and connections with others around the globe - we're not out there just checking off items out of a guide book. And we do it all with our amazing 3y/o boy - Motorcycle tours through Vietnam, open ocean adventures in Indonesia, climbing active volcanoes in the Galapagos - he's always with us and always down for adventure!
