reetings, friends. A few days ago, while I was waiting for the power to come back on, I went out for a short walk in my backyard. I do this often; it helps me relieve stress.

aludos, amigos. Hace unos días, mientras esperaba que regresara la electricidad, salí a dar un pequeño paseo por el patio de mi casa. Suelo hacerlo con frecuencia; me ayuda a aliviar el estrés.

This time, I found myself noticing the lizards that were popping up here and there, and I ended up taking pictures of them. Little by little, their population has been recovering, especially since my cat decided to leave them alone.

En esta ocasión me dio por fijarme en los lagartos que iban apareciendo por ahí, y terminé haciéndoles fotos. Poco a poco la población se ha ido recuperando, sobre todo desde que mi gato decidió dejarlos en paz.

I spent about an hour doing that, playing with the light, looking for angles, trying to find the best way to photograph them.

Estuve cerca de una hora en eso, jugando con la luz, buscando ángulos, tratando de encontrar la mejor forma de fotografiarlos.
