I just finished a 14.688km indoor cycling workout that lasted about 0hh:41mm:20ss !
Raised seat. 79.4cm from crank to top of seat. Feels pretty good.
Indoor trainer -- 3.5twists on tensioner.
Sufferfest Local Hero -- Made it further than usual. Made it into the 3rd level of the third set of pyramids before fading.
At the time, the workout felt like suffering, but I'm feeling pretty good with a nice cold beer now.
What a Sunday! Squash and brunch eith the friends, followed by a beer tasting with more friends. Then I come home and ride the bike and watch some hockey.
