Hello Steemians,
I want to tell you all more about how I was before I started with weightlifting.
I had already told you guys that I was very skinny in the intro post :).
Many people train to lose weight but it was different with me, i had to eat more to gain in weight and become stronger.
The left picture is my current form, Im bulking at this moment that`s why I have no sixpack :P
And the picture on the right is 4 years ago. The picture was taken on tomorrowland :) amazing festival in Belgium.
I am going to try to share my next training using Dtube with you guys.
