🍤 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
🥛 1 cup buttermilk
🥚 1 egg
🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder
🧅 1 teaspoon onion powder
🌶️ 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
🍚 1 cup all-purpose flour
🌽 1/2 cup corn starch
🛢️ Vegetable oil, for frying
🥄 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🌶️ 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
🌶️ 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
🌶️ 1 teaspoon paprika
