Helping the Next Generation of Cybersecurity Professionals

I was honored to speak at the Cyber Proud Event last night, to an audience of students and graduates, who were seeking advice on pursuing a career in cybersecurity.

There is a chasm between entry level professionals and organizations needing to hire talent. I discussed the challenges from the perspectives of students, hiring organizations, and academia.
