Teach the children but don't discourage them. They still have a brighter and brighter future that awaits them. Educate them together with their fellow children so they can pull confidence to face the challenges in life.

#mentalhealthawareness should not be ignored and tell them to go out with friends so they keep loving their life despite the unending worries in life.
That is why #teambuilding is important for the youth to attain to let them understand how fun is life and should be loved. Life may not be just for fun as sometimes we are misunderstood. Still, there are worrying times and fun times. They exist oppositely but without them, we can't tell how we become better people in tomorrow to come.
It's okay not to worry about everything in life. Being depressed should be avoided if so to have a normal life. If not because a teenager can't handle it well then that's the time to tell them or educate them. The virtual world is fine but the real suit is better since it's the reality. When we go out, that's our world, and no matter what we do, it doesn't always follow what we desire it to be. Just be ready by preparing yourself for the worst to come and have all those preparations join the youth movements. It's not all the time you can experience youth and not all the time we are free to learn.
There's no need to rush life, when you're at the point of adulting you can't go back. Take time slowly and let it be how it should be. Though we need guidance and awareness on how to face confidently. Don't be afraid to fall because what you're reaching out to is the top. Nothing happens in this world with just one try but what is important is we never give up. To have this kind of mindset you can only have it when you attain seminars or movements. It will expose you and give you the chance to explore life. From other people's experiences, you see and hear. You can't find these through social media because it lies most of the time. Some may not appreciate it now but when the time gets harder and harder that is the time people will realize how important it is.
Yesterday, I was invited to join the youth's team building. It happened every year but it was my first time joining. Of course, I was not part of it because I had a different role and that was supervising them and taking pictures. Just by that, I could tell how fun it was and how productive it was for youth. There were games and also lectures.
Leadership and mentalhealthawareness were the topics. It's important for the new generation to understand what life awaits them. Trials in life are always and should be educating them not to give up on life and continue living.
