A change of plans, quatering deer instead!
Yesterday, Tuesday is usually the day we do our band practice but yesterday was a little bit different. I was quartering a couple of deer for a close friend of mine who is traveling to Danmark once or twice a year to hunt game. When he comes home he gives me the honor to quarter it! I really enjoy this kind of work.
As a jornyman butcher, I'm just happy to show and teach my profession to others.
Here are a couple of pictures from yesterdays work in full size!
And of course, work beer!
Not the longest post, but I am heading of to work so I did not have time to write a whole lot.
Have a nice day.
