Aware at this moment that I am my first motive and great engine to create and embrace my own well-being, which takes on special meaning when I share it and put it at the service of others.
Consciente en este momento de que soy mi primer motivo y gran motor para crear Y abrazar mi propio bienestar el cual cobra especial sentido cuando lo comparto y pongo al servicio de los demás.
I studied tourism, business administration, careers that allowed me to work in these areas, meet wonderful people and places and above all learn from me and from everyone, I had great teachers who formed me and left in my positive footprints.
I kept on listening to that inner voice that told me that I wanted something more and thanks to the ability to listen to myself I later trained as a Master Coach in Neurolinguistic Programming, Ontological Coach, NLP Therapist and I am currently in the final phase of training as a Biodanza Teacher, which has me in love and enthusiastic, now I have more to give.
I have been facilitating workshops, individual programs and therapies for 10 years, I work independently under the name of activandoandocp, I have been at the service of companies, couples, children, adolescents to whom I have provided tools for wellness and personal development based on NLP.
NLP is part of my lifestyle, I apply it in different areas of my life: work relationships, family, friends, couples, projects, it has helped me to know my thought process, become aware of my reality and create other possible realities, it has allowed me to train and focus on the present, change my beliefs and among many other aspects connect with my resources.
I show you 2 of my creations, NLP workshops with adults and children.
I wish to continue sharing and creating here, and I am sure I will learn a lot from this community.
Estudie turismo y administración de empresas, carreras que me permitieron desempañarme en esas áreas,conocer personas y lugares maravillosos y sobre todo aprender de mí y de todos,tuve maestros de lujo que me formaron y dejaron en mi positivas huellas.
Seguía en mí resonando atender a esa voz interior que me decía que deseaba algo más y gracias a la capacidad de escucharme posteriormente me formé como Master Coach en Programación Neurolingüística, Coach Ontológico, Terapeuta en PNL y actualmente estoy en la fase final de la formación como Profesora de Biodanza, lo cual me tiene enamorada y entusiasmada, ahora tengo más para dar a los demás
Mis servicios de facilitación de talleres, programas individuales, terapias las ofrezco desde hace 10 años, trabajo de manera independiente bajo el nombre de activandoandocp,he estado al servicio de empresas,parejas,niños,adolescentes a quienes he brindado herramientas de bienestar y desarrollo personal basado en La PNL.
La PNL es parte de mi estilo de vida, la aplico en diferentes áreas de mi vida: relaciones laborales, familiares, amigos, parejas, proyectos, me ha servido para conocer mi proceso de pensamiento, tomar consciencia de mi realidad y de crear otras posibles realidades, me ha permitido adiestrarme y enfocarme en el presente, cambiar mis creencias y entre muchos otros aspectos conectar con mis recursos internos.
