My friend phoned me yesterday and told me that he has a lot of back pain but still has to work on building signs and billboards for an upcoming beach volleyball and football tournament in Alanya.
He told me he takes painkillers every morning so he can get through the day.
I told him he should see a doctor because it could be something serious. He told me his daughter says the same thing but if he goes to the doctor they will probably tell him he needs an immediate operation.
I told him that he hasn't even been seen by a doctor yet. Even if they tell you you need an operation you can always go to another doctor.
A lot of people are like my friend, they don't like going to see a doctor. This means they often don't go until it becomes a real problem which can make it much harder to treat.
However my friend isn't completely incorrect as some doctors will immediately suggest an operation as it is the last stage of treatment and they want to make money. I always go to 3 different specialists to get their opinions. If they all say the same thing then I will proceed.
Of course people put off going to the doctor due to money. This is where the government should come in. When they take your taxes they should make healthcare free so they can actually look after their citizens.
I am still working on my photo editing software and have added more features. Today, I focused heavily on the file management section to make things much easier for the user.
Since I sometimes work on specific folders myself, the lack of a folder-pinning option in many programs always makes things difficult. So, I completely decoupled the app's file explorer design from the Windows Explorer layout.
