Few days ago i looked at my self in the shower and my stomach looked weird, it took a while to understand that oh i have gain weight for the first time in my life, to be honest i didn't like that "not one a bit so me watching i took the knife in that fat laughing while i does it"
No i did't do that actually i decided to start a new diet , after careful researching i reach the idea that this is all bulshit,
I am making my own diet now which is basically not to eat a thing, i will drink stuff without fat or carbs only
green tea. coffee, water, and whatever have vitamins and no cal value. crazy probably here are so the result so far
first day hungry all day long
second day lost, huge lost in body water yet still hungry
third day i cheated i eat a cookie and then the real hunger began
Today not that hungry still no different though
