I've been posting on Steem blockchain for more than 3 years now, it was and still is my number 1 focus/passion in life. Some people think I'm crazy for spending so much time in this volatile space, I'd like to prove them wrong now more than ever. Life is difficult when you try to be a pioneer in something that has never been done in human history. But I'm not alone in this, there are people all over the world who live and breathe Steem. Together we can do some amazing things.
True, we had a dark age of old Steem where if you wanted to create good content it just wouldn't work no matter how hard you try (if you didn't use bidbots that is). Dark age of old Steem is now gone, new Steem is here and curators are back from their deep slumber, more and more people are powering up. Things are looking better, 2 weeks in Hard Fork 21/22 I feel the positivity that was lost in dark age of Steem is now back, I can feel the change happening in real time.
Steem is also a place where you can combine gaming and blockchain. That fact is something worth tapping into. Gaming industry is huge, I don't see it slowing down any time soon, in fact it is only getting bigger. I'm a gamer my whole life, blockchain is my new found passion, combine those two and you have a blockchain platform where I could write about gaming, and not just me, everyone can do it.
This is the best possible place that many gamers could use as their expression medium and earn some crypto in the process. Gaming audience is huge, you could see a million people watching World of Warcraft Classic streams on Twitch.tv. In new Steem many of those gamers could find their way here and start using Steem, gaming tribes and soon SMTs. There is an endless potential on here if you want to be a gamer content creator, Steem is defintely a place to be.
I bet there will be many new arrivals once the price starts to move up again, almost 2 years of Steem bear market is surely coming to an end. We have seen two tops and two bottoms, can this be the end of this nice story, I highly doubt it.
