Steem as a cryptocurreny is very interesting to me, it is one of those rare coins that you actually use every day by voting on social media platforms, by playing games, by trading on the markets, this coin is used more than any other crypto out there.
One of the key selling points of Steem is Steem Power, you can't do much without it, as you increase your Steem Power you have a chance to play the game with more voting power, with more Resource Credits and with time you should be getting better results in everything.
If you keep on selling all your Steem Power you earned you're shooting yourself in the foot, more people will start to see that you sell everything and you will have less backing up no matter how good of a content creator you are, because you sell everything you earn is one of the reasons why we are at 0.2$ instead of 2$.
We all need to power up in order to make this system work. In Hard Fork 21 that will be more paramount than ever before, now is the right time to power up because Steem is very cheap.
I'm one of those long term Steem believers who will stay no matter what the price of Steem is, Selling when there is blood on the streets you never do in trading, now is the time to be buying.
Unfortunately my funds are all dried up to be able to power up more, but to start within my means I'll be powering up 1000 Steem today, if we drop more few weeks after I will power up more. I never thought I would be able to reach all time highs I used to have with Steem Power, but here I am.
I might be a little bit crazy to still go all in on Steem after everything that's happened, but my gut feeling still tells me it is the right thing to do. Are you with me?
I listened to this Metallica song while writing this, so why not add it in the post :)
