Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia de hoy les muestro de como tuve este entrenamiento, pues la verdad no salio ni tan bien ni tan mal pero almenos se cumplio, ya que senti una sobrecarga alta en mis dorsales y hombros lo cual se sabe que esta semana sera fuerte para mi, pero yo no soy de rendirme y dare todo por el entrenamiento y lo que me gusta.
