Hola gente de Hive y SWC el dia martes hice mi rutina habitual de plancha la cual fue de resistencia me enfoque mas en eso, mi alumno tambien entreno pero fue front lever y lo gu铆e en los ejercicios que tenia que hacer despues de haber terminado nuestra rutina, hicimos una rutina de antebrazo la cual fue divertida y exigente despues aprovechamos para tomarnos algunas fotos sin mas nos vemos la pr贸xima
Hello people from Hive and SWC, on Tuesday I did my usual plank routine which was resistance, I focused more on that, my student also trained but it was front lever and I guided him in the exercises he had to do after finishing our routine , we did a forearm routine which was fun and demanding, then we took the opportunity to take some photos without further ado, see you next time
