Hello Foodies … how are you today? may you always be healthy and happy. Snack is a food that always accompanies when relaxing or drinking coffee. Among the many snacks there are dry and wet snacks. Wet snacks there are a lot of them there is 'martabak'.
Does anyone know what 'martabak' is? My family likes 'martabak' a lot, the material used is wheat flour mixed with other ingredients. I made a thin 'martabak' although there was also a thick martabak.
The 'martabak' is thin unlike the thick martabak which usually nestles in the texture. I made it not too dry too which is similar to crepes. The consistency of the dough tends to be runny but still thick.
I make 'martabak' using sweetener to make it healthier. The salt used is Himalayan salt. But it's to taste. Incidentally, my family is very enthusiastic about a healthy lifestyle. Although sometimes there is still cheating in the food I make or buy snacks out there.
In making 'martabak' there are not many difficulties, the process is fast and does not wait a long time. The equipment used is not much and making it is also simple and easy. So as not to make you curious, let's just see what the ingredients are and how to make them.
