Monomad: Windmill form Eau Claire area in Downtown Calgary

This windmill was at Eau Clair market in downtown Calgary for many decades; it was mostly decorative but did actually work. I can remember the creaky sound as the mill spun and also rotated whenever a breeze picked up. It towered above everything in the area and was a bit of a landmark. Now that everything is being redeveloped down there, it is gone. In 2022 it was up for auction, though, so someone somewhere still has this; maybe one day I will encounter it again.
