Trees as far as the eye can see. It can really be quite amazing to fathom how much wilderness is out there. Alberta has some pretty big cities, but they are still dwarfed by the vast forests and mountains that stretch from south to north on the western side of the province. It's nice to be in the middle of it, smelling the fresh are and not being able to see anything manmade in any direction I look.
