Hey Steemians,
Since creating my first post I have been thinking of what I want my follow-up post to be about, and well, I have taken inspiration from the events happening in my life right now, so these next few posts are going to be about my personal life. Hope it's not too boring, I'm pretty excited about it at least ;).
To start, tonight my fiancee and I will be celebrating our Wedding rehearsal with our close friends and family. Yes, that beautiful lady in my avatar is the lucky (unlucky some may say) lady that will be hitched to me come Saturday! We've been together for four long years already, having met at work in 2012 (I happened to be the one that reviewed her work at one point in time, and yes it was a great excuse to go over and chat her up). We've already gone through some pretty big milestones in our lives having moved in together in the Gold Coast of Chicago three years ago,
BTW, one last fact about me, I LOVE smoking meats and barbecuing. So, for tonight's rehearsal dinner I am smoking a 15lb pork shoulder and 8 lbs of brisket, here's a quick peek of the pork. I'll try and update with the finished product later tonight if I have a chance.
