Lasagne!! Yummy!!
We had a lasagne night! Yay!
Cooking lasagne with a friend is so much fun! As we chatted, ate some snacks, and drank some wine, we cooked this amazing lasagne!
First, cut some onions and mince them to small dice.
Then, stir fry them well. 馃馃馃
Stir fry them till they become brownish color. Then, it is done!
Add some lentils to the frying pan! Then, stir fry more.
Lentils are good for our health. 馃槈
After stir fry, the sliced onions and lentils, add a can of tomato sauce. 馃崊馃崊馃崊
Italians know how to cook good food! 馃榿馃憤馃憤
After you add the can of tomato, cook it a bit more.
Then, when you see the steam coming from the frying pan, then stop the fire. It is time to make some cream sauce now.
Butter!! Yes, you need lots of butter!!
Melt the butter, and add some flour a bit by a bit and mix well!
Then, add some warm milk to the butter to make some base of the sauce. Good!
Stir it well not to make any flour chunks in the sauce. Then, add some salt, rosemary, lemongrass salt, black petter, thyme, and what you feel like adding to make it special!
Then, put lasagne noodles (I do not know what they call. The layers! lol)
Add sun-dried tomatoes!
Pour the sauce into it! Yes! Looking good!
Never forget to add cheese! It is a must choice! 馃槉馃構
Bake it for about 30 minutes.
Yay!! Done!!
