Sometimes we do not even realize that we had a very busy week. We tend to feel that "being busy" is a good thing, but we have got to take a break from time to time before we really feel tired. ๐

Stockholm is one of the cities where people live very close to nature. Originally, I am from Japan and grew up in a city, so that it was not so easy to go out to feel some nature. I had to take a bus or train to feel some "nature". Luckily, my parents love some activities outside such as camping, hiking, and climbing mountains, so that we went to Nagano, Shikoku, and Kyushu to feel "nature", but I barely had experiences feel "nature" in Osaka where I grew up. Somehow, I used to think that "feeling nature" is something that you pay and enjoy like people who live in Osaka. But, in Stockholm, most people prefer to live close to nature where people enjoy hiking, kayaking, canoeing, walking, etc. Being in nature is a part of their basic need.

My local Swedish friends introduced me to the concept of "Allemansrรคtten" (lit. "the everyman's right"). According to Wikipedia, it says "In Sweden allemansrรคtten (lit. " the everyman's right") is a freedom granted by the Constitution of Sweden. Since 1994 the Instrument of Government says that notwithstanding the right to own property "everyone shall have access to nature in accordance with allemansrรคtten". - Wikipedia.
It is such a good and important concept to lead a better life, I believe. We have to have a good mind to have good health. ๐

It is getting colder and colder in Stockholm. It was 7 degrees here. So, it was very nice to make a fire and sit by the lake to relax. It was very cozy just to look at the fire making some relaxing sounds. When I was in Osaka, it was a very luxurious thing to make a fire and eat a hotdog outside because I had to prepare for staff and take a bus and train for almost one hour to go to a camping site to do so. However, in Sweden, nature is very close to where most people live here. Health comes from a good mind and good physical status ๐
