Who likes to eat raw or cook tomatoes? I like cooked tomato cos i feel there is more savoury taste to it which i enjoyed it. And they say only cooked tomatoes have lycopene which helps fight against cancer. Raw tomatoes only have vitamins but no lycopene when you eat it raw. So folks, learn to cook your tomatoes for your health's sake.
