Bun Bo hue is a spicy beef noodles soup from the city of Hue. The name itself is derived from (Bun) rice vermecilli, (Bo) a beef and (Hue) is from the City itself in Vietnam.
The dish is greatly admired for its balance of spicy, sour, salty and umami flavors.
