Yes, I was cooking, but can you believe it, I forgot to take pictures. Not until everything was on the table. Well, there were Roulades (beef roles) with gnocchi and for a good, strong sauce you need a lot of red wine. I will cook it again soon and take pictures of the different steps and write down the recipe for you.
Ja, ich habe gekocht, aber könnt Ihr es glauben, ich habe vergessen Bilder zu machen. Erst als alles auf dem Tisch stand.Also, es gab Rouladen mit Gnocci und für eine gute, kräftige Sosse braucht man ganz viel Rotwein.Ich werde es bald nochmal kochen und zu den einzelnen Arbeitsschritten Bilder machen und Euch dann das Rezept aufschreiben.
