Hola amigos de Hive, les voy a compartir fotos de mis entrenamientos en el pole, tengo muy poco tiempo en esta disciplina pero gracias a la Calistenia me adapte rápidamente, es un deporte hermoso, Arte, que los invitó a que lo intenten, fue uno de los mayores retos que tuve este año, combinar la calistenia con el pole me a ayudado a ganar flexibilidad y ser más ágil en los ejercicios.
