La semana pasada fue de mucha exigencia, ya que nos tuvimos que preparar bien para la competencia que tuvimos el fin de semana. Lo cierto es que nos ha ido muy bien a todo el grupo, y es lo que realmente importa.
Last week was very demanding, as we had to prepare thoroughly for the competition we had over the weekend. The truth is, the whole group did very well, and that’s what really matters.

Si bien estuvimos practicando hasta el día jueves para descansar el viernes, aun así, llegamos agotados por tanto entrenar, pero es la única manera de hacer para que uno esté realmente preparado para estos eventos.
Although we practiced right up until Thursday so we could rest on Friday, we still arrived exhausted from all the training; however, it is the only way to ensure one is truly prepared for these events.

Ahora que todo ha pasado, me siento mucho más relajada, sobre todo después de esta caminata que hemos hecho en la reserva que tengo cerca de casa. Aquí se siente realmente bien, y es genial visitar este espacio para recuperar las energías.
Now that it’s all over, I feel much more relaxed—especially after the walk we took in the nature reserve near my home. It feels really good here, and it’s great to visit this space to recharge my energy.

Lo que me gusta de este espacio natural es la gran cantidad de árboles que hay, además de cómo las constantes lluvias han mantenido el verdor de toda la hierba y las plantas. Ahora, mientras estoy escribiendo, ha comenzado a llover, y eso es muy bueno para que todo se siga manteniendo igual.
What I like about this natural area is the large number of trees, as well as how the constant rains have kept all the grass and plants lush and green. It has started to rain now as I write this, which is great for keeping everything just as it is.
