Always happy to be among people who love this wonderful "FungiFridayCommunity": In this part of the world, things are starting to get complicated; I had mentioned a potential issue we were anticipating regarding the weather—it seems to be happening now. I just hope that nothing happens where we live.

While it is true that rain is important for the growth of these "specimens," too much can actually be counterproductive. Beyond their beauty and color combinations, they are highly sought after for the various benefits they offer to those who use them.

The beauty of this ¨genus¨ :  it is indisputable, but beyond the beauty, they are one of those types that every time you meet them they have different appearances; Those who saw Luis's post from last week know what I am talking about.

Now, this is a "specimen":  simple, delicate, and beautiful; and, much like the species I mentioned earlier, it looks different each week—or, to put it more accurately, you might find a different species belonging to the same genus.

This has been another rainy week, and the forecast suggests it will continue; I hope the rain remains moderate so that these beauties can keep developing. Whenever we visit the property, my grandmother brings her "phone" (mobile device): —it’s a way to ensure we don’t miss a thing, and the best part is that we can share the beauty we have in the reserve with others.
