As I mentioned before, it's winter where I live, and finding mushrooms can be a bit tricky at this time of year. Luckily, there were a few days when the temperature rose and some appeared. While this species
doesn't have the most appealing appearance, it's always a pleasure to find them. These aren't the kind you'd want to cook with; These are rather sought after for their other attributes.

Another beautiful "specimen" : that we were lucky enough to find were these fungi with a peculiar appearance. This is a species you wouldn't want to prepare lunch with, given that they are somewhat toxic. Interestingly, whenever we found them, they were on the bark of the same type of tree.

It's curious that we don't find this "fungus": at other times of the year, and yet they're appearing right now in winter; although the weather has been warmer, it's not so common to find them. The truth is, they are truly beautiful fungi, and we're always very happy when we come across them while walking through the reserve.

The truth is, we are grateful for my grandmother's ¨telephone¨ : ¨Mobile¨; We never leave home without it, because every time we go out, especially when visiting the reserve, there are things we discover that are worth photographing.
