How to make a thin pizza in less than 5 minutes with less than 5 dollars.
Here I am using colby jack from Wisconsin. The kids love it but you can use any kind you like. You can also make your own. Will use some grated mozzarella cheese.
You want to get it hot enough that the shell bubbles up in the middle. Then turn the shell over.
You can use tomato paste with some olives and italian spices or just use a maranara sause or use fresh tomatoes. Whatever you have. We used ketchup once. It wasn't that bad. Remember to spread the sauce thin or it gets watery.
Spread the cheese around the tortilla. You can spread it thick but try to keep the middle thin. I cut the pizza into wedges so if the middle is heavy with cheese it gets real sloppy.
Take it off the pan and cut it in half then into triangles. Let it cool off for a minute or two then serve it to hungry kids.
My middle school boy will eat 4 or 5 of these things. You can also add any topic you like. Some favorites are onions, broccoli, egg plant or what ever meat we have in the house.
