🌟 Greetings, my coffelovers!☕💖

For several months now, I have been dealing with considerable stress, so much so that I can no longer remember the last time I visited a coffee shop, a habit that used to be part of my daily life. That's life: sometimes we're at the top and sometimes we're at the bottom. But we have to keep going. A few years ago, in my city of Cumaná, a pastry shop called Rumania opened. I didn't know it until a great friend took me there and told me: "You are going to enjoy the best pastry shop in town".

When I arrived, I looked at cakes of all kinds; I wanted to try everything and I really confirmed what he had told me: they were the best desserts in town. As time went by, I could no longer enjoy these delicacies. I learned that they had opened several branches in the city, but with a more cafeteria style. Nowadays, I spend a lot of time on a street called Santa Rosa, where the clinic where we are giving therapy to my father-in-law is located. It was already three o'clock in the afternoon and my mind was just asking for a coffee.

My mother-in-law says to me, "Daughter, let's go to the corner for coffee." She knows I can despise anything but coffee, hahaha! I immediately said yes, while my father-in-law receives his treatment, which lasts an hour. I had never been in this place before and it really brought back fond moments from years ago: desserts of all kinds and decorated with numerous arrangements that are on sale for any occasion. She ordered a vanilla latte and I ordered a sugar-free mochaccino.

They prepared them with great kindness and I loved the attention of this place, a 10 out of 10. We settled there to taste this delicious coffee. My mother-in-law always takes her coffee in a hurry, while I am one of those who enjoy it sip by sip, savoring its aroma, flavor and creaminess. These are things that elevate my happy hormones. As we enjoyed our coffee, we talked about our lives. One of the things I thank life and God for is having an exceptional mother-in-law; our relationship is like that of mother and daughter. I can tell her all my problems and she is always there to support me.

My mother-in-law finished her coffee and I still had half the glass. I told her, "Let's go, I'll enjoy it on the way; you know me, I won't drink it in a hurry". I love to enjoy my coffee sip by sip. So we started our way to the clinic and as I was walking, I was thinking about life and how delicious this cup of chocolate coffee was. Desde hace varios meses, he estado lidiando con un estrés considerable, tanto que ya no recuerdo la última vez que visité una cafetería, un hábito que solía ser parte de mi vida diaria. Así es la vida: a veces estamos en la cima y otras en el fondo. Pero hay que seguir adelante. Hace unos años, en mi ciudad de Cumaná, se inauguró una pastelería llamada Rumania. No la conocía hasta que un gran amigo me llevó y me dijo: "Vas a disfrutar de la mejor pastelería de la ciudad".

Al llegar, observé pasteles de toda clase; quería probar de todo y realmente confirmé lo que él me había dicho: eran los mejores postres de la ciudad. Con el paso del tiempo, no pude disfrutar más de estas delicias. Supe que habían abierto varias sucursales en la ciudad, pero con un estilo más cafetería. Actualmente, paso mucho tiempo en una calle llamada Santa Rosa, donde está ubicada la clínica donde le estamos haciendo terapias a mi suegro. Ya eran las tres de la tarde y mi mente solo pedía un café.

Mi suegra me dice: "Hija, vamos a la esquina por un café". Ella sabe que puedo despreciar cualquier cosa, menos el café, ¡jajaja! De inmediato le respondí que sí, mientras mi suegro recibe su tratamiento, el cual dura una hora. Nunca había entrado a este lugar y realmente me trajo gratos momentos de hace años: postres de todo tipo y decorado con numerosos arreglos que están a la venta para cualquier ocasión. Ella pidió un latte de vainilla y yo un mocaccino sin azúcar.

Los prepararon con mucha amabilidad y me encantó la atención de este lugar, un 10 de 10. Allí nos instalamos a degustar este delicioso café. Mi suegra siempre toma su café de manera apurada, mientras que yo soy de las que lo disfrutan sorbo a sorbo, saboreando su aroma, su sabor y su cremosidad. Son cosas que elevan mis hormonas de felicidad. Mientras disfrutábamos del café, hablamos sobre nuestras vidas. Una de las cosas por las que agradezco a la vida y a Dios es poder contar con una suegra excepcional; nuestra relación es como la de madre e hija. A ella le puedo contar todos mis problemas y siempre está allí para apoyarme.

Mi suegra terminó su café y yo aún tenía la mitad del vaso. Le dije: "Vámonos, que yo me lo disfruto en el camino; ya me conoces, no lo tomaré apresurada". Amo disfrutar de mi café sorbo a sorbo. Así que comenzamos nuestro camino hacia la clínica y, mientras caminaba, pensaba en la vida y en lo deliciosa que estaba esta taza de café a chocolatada.
