I've been hooked on berry smoothies lately and now my freezer is full of frozen berries. I came up with a fairly simple smoothie recipe. I do not add sugar at all and use plant milk, for example today I chose coconut milk, this milk has a pleasant slightly sweet taste. I like to use frozen berries, as they give a consistency reminiscent of popsicles.

This time I used frozen blackcurrant, it grinds the fastest in a blender and it turns out to be a beautiful deep pink color.

If I am making a smoothie just for myself, then I usually add one banana, but if I cook for two or more, I advise adding two or three bananas. I add milk and berries by eye, it all depends on what I want to get a thicker or liquid consistency.

I usually like a thicker consistency, so I add more berries. Then my husband helped me a little and poured the berries into the blender, and I filmed this moment.

By the way, such a smoothie can also be prepared for children, just let the smoothie warm. My daughter enjoys a berry smoothie. The smoothie takes just a couple of minutes to prepare. I reflected on all the step-by-step stages in the photographs. Perhaps my idea for making a smoothie will come in handy. Try it I think you will like it!

I completely forgot about my backgrounds, they have been in the corner for a long time and I rarely use them. Today this moment has come and now it would seem ordinary photos, but with a pleasant addition from a light white background with grayish splashes.

For my photographs, I used my Canon EOS 70D camera and a Canon EW-83H 24-105 mm f / 4 lens.
