Buckwheat flour is an excellent replacement for wheat flour. If you combine wheat flour with buckwheat flour, you can get a completely new taste of any baking. Today I cooked pancakes with buckwheat flour. Pancakes were very tender with a beautiful golden color. To decorate pancakes, I used sour cream and blueberries. After I sprinkled the pancakes with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:

100 g buckwheat flour
100 g wheat flour
1 glass of milk
2 eggs
1 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt
0.5 tsp of soda
Decoration:
blueberries
sour cream
powdered sugar

Instructions:

Mix eggs with sugar and salt. Add warm milk and soda.

Gradually add buckwheat flour alternating with wheat flour. Knead the dough.

Lay out one tablespoon of dough in a pre-heated pan and bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Decorate the pancakes with sour cream and any berries. At the end sprinkle the pancakes with powdered sugar.
