EJERCICIO #1: 12 Abdominales en banca (inclinada) x 4 series	EXERCISE #1: 12 Bench sit-ups (incline) x 4 series

Aguantamos unos segundos	We hold on for a few seconds

EJERCICIO #2: 30 Tijeras x 4 series	EXERCISE #2: 30 Scissors x 4 series

Aguantamos unos segundos	We hold on for a few seconds

EJERCICIO #3: 30 Tijeras invertida x 4 series	EXERCISE #3: 30 Inverted scissors x 4 series

Aguantamos unos segundos	We hold on for a few seconds

EJERCICIO #4: 1 minuto en plancha x 4 series	EXERCISE #4: 1 minute in Plank x 4 series
