This meal was dinner after traveling in the other provinces, so we stopped by for a walk in the evening market in Khon Kaen. And stop by Ton Tan Market to looking for dinner. As I am a person who likes to eat noodles, so I walk to find a noodle shop until I find Tee Yai Roast Duck Noodles shop. This shop has a variety of menus besides duck. There is also crispy pork that is displayed in front of the glass of the cabinet. It looks delicious. So I choose to buy noodles at this shop.
I ordered roast duck noodles and my friend ordered duck rice, we ordered two menus from this restaurant, waited a while, the seller finished the noodles and cooked more. It may come as a surprise to some foreigners who may wonder why they need to be added when the restaurant has already cooked them. It's normal for Thai people that everyone has their own recipe, no matter what the taste of the noodle dish, everyone has to add it to their recipe. Their condiments are chili paste, chili powder, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar, pepper, ground peanuts and rice sauce. All are available at the store.
When put more the recipe and tasted as if it was usable, then brought it to sit at the table with friends. The taste of this duck noodle soup is delicious, the noodles are soft and the duck meat is very tender. It's delicious to eat. The broth is rich and flavorful. And my friend he like the roast duck rice also, can just see on the photo it's look really good. They have the rice and topping the roast duck and topped with the shop's regular recipe sauce. Is was the great time on that day we got a good food. I'm really happy.
