Good morning Steemians in Eastern and good evening for Steemians here in PH!
I just finished my APE (Annual Physical Examination) and it feels so blessed. Why? Not every company provides APE for their employees. The same as not all people will give time to have their physical checkup once in a year.
It's very important for a person to know that he or she is physically strong or there's something going on. They said that it's better that you don't know you're sick than knowing that you're having your disease. But I still believe that prevention is better than cure. If you feel something's wrong, kindly visit a clinic near you so that you can immediately know the cause and solution than knowing it too late. Life is so precious to live with so we must cherish everyday that we're able to wake up.
I got this from the nurse after I'm done with my APE. Sign of completion. hihi
