‎‎We can always return to our original form. I mean that version of ours that laughed heartily, that got excited about the simple, that dreamed big, without calculating too much. That person did not disappear. That person in your mental album may be hurt, tired, even hidden under layers of pain or fear... but he's still there. When we go through a crisis we feel that nothing will ever be the same again.

That sadness erased joy forever. We convince ourselves that happiness is a place that was lost on the map, but our essence never leaves. I mean that we are deep down, what belongs to us and does not depend on anyone, is still intact, waiting for us to meet again.

Sadness clouds, but does not destroy. It's like a storm covering the sky, the sun ceases to be seen, but it never ceases to be.

And the same thing happens with us.

Even if we recognize ourselves today, even if we look inward and feel that we are no longer the people we were, our original form is still stored there, waiting for us to embrace it again. Let's look for shelters of voice and listening. Let's talk to that person with whom we always come back a little lighter. It's not weakness: sometimes a conversation is also medicine.

To return to what connects us with the music we loved. Walking in the sun. To write what we feel. Laughing with someone. Move the body. Go for a walk, stretch, take a deep breath. Because when the body starts to move, many times something inside also starts to unlock.

And, above all, let's make memory. Memory of everything that a sadness cannot take away such as our ability to love, our creativity, and way of looking at the world, our resilience, everything that ever made us feel deeply as we are. Sadness may change our shape for a while, but it can never erase us from our mental album.

Sometimes, we forget and we need to remember

We can always re-experience that there are relationships that feel more like a constant examination than a place of calm. If nothing we do is enough, if we carry wounds that are not ours, if we keep silent to avoid conflict and still the instability does not go away, our relationship is an unsafe space. To cling to the promise of "this is going to get better” is to omit that the future is built in the present. A healthy relationship does not require you to annul yourself to fit into it.

I want everything you do in the year 2026 that is still to end to mark you beautiful moments and to stir you internally to be better people is my wish for all of you in this very loving and loyal community
