SPLINTERLANDS SURVIVAL STRESS TEST

For those that are not aware, you can currently take part in an event happening on Splinterlands. The rules are as follows:

MY FIRST 25 BATTLES

I had not played Survival much and this event that Splinterlands put up sounded like a great way to give it another go. I have so far played 25 battles and sadly most of them were against Splinterlands Battle Bots 🤖. But having said that I was starting from wood rank so maybe as I level up i will run into more opponents.
Four of my opponents were real players playing manually though and it was great to test my skills and deck against them.

BATTLE 1

My first opponent was Hive account@beserky from YGG Legion Gladius. Who made short work of my earth team. I did manage to take out their Baakjira though.

BATTLE 2

My next battle was against Hive account@ch1pboy from Knights United, once again my earth lineup was steam rolled. Losing my whole line up and only taking out their Fungus Flinger in the process.

BATTLE 3

Battle three saw my first and only victory over a manual player. Hive account@javen9110 from OGMC fell victim to my water lineup Loving the Moo carving the way to victory. I did not even lose one card this battle.

BATTLE 4

The last of my manual player battles was against Hive account@domson27 from ALPHA. My water team lead by Alric Stormbringer tried everything to get through their frontline, but it was not enough. In the end we managed only to take out Skrag the Gnaw, we also took out the Endless Ape but rebirth seen it survive the encounter.

CONCLUSION

I was able to get some games in on survival mode and even match up with some real players playing manually. Even better I was able to play my old cards again. Some of these I have not used in at least 12 months. Being able to use them again was great.
I am currently in Bronze III, 100 points away from ranking upto Bronze II. Let’s see where we end up.
