I'm convinced that when someone sees you cooking something in a cast iron pan with a generous amount of bacon grease and they say, Try cooking that without grease and see if your pan.is non stick. You should immediately remove them from your kitchen,home and your town if possible. This is a good indicator that they have suffered severe brain damage from ingesting to much Teflon that came off of their pans. It is also a good indicator that if they ask you over for dinner you should decline as they probably can't cook. Do not keep this a secret, We all have the right to know who is involved in the Teflon army.
