It's a norm for most people to do general clean ups on Saturdays and somehow I find myself doing mine on Sunday early morning before church time, I know it's not cool that way but thanks to my procrastination and laziness, most Sundays is my ideal day for clean up.
And what I mean by clean up involves sweeping and mopping my room and corridor, washing my clothes and the bathroom. The work seem like they would take a long time to get them done but not so for me, I use a little more than an hour to get all done. That is for my Saturdays turn Sundays routine in my tiny room.
But for the purpose of this post as an entry to Ecency discord posting contest I'll be sharing with you my daily room cleaning routine, I do this every morning before I leave my room... Sometimes unconsciously because I'm almost like a robot in getting the work done 😅
One thing I learned from the people I stayed with is "Make your bed once you get up in the morning" and I do this almost like a robot (almost because sometimes I get too tired and just sit on my bed the whole day).
You could see the before of how rough I made the bed through the night thanks to "Enjoying my night time" thing 😂 and then the after when I got up to dust any dirt that could be on it and spread the sheet on it.
My favourite thing in my room as I'm always in need of it to keep just anything on it would be my bed side ranger. You can see how scattered it is, it's always like that when I wake up... I'm still yet to figure out how I made it that way everyday only to get it arranged every morning 😅 don't ask me how, I really don't know.
After arranging, it turns out really good and that is how it is for now... Tomorrow, I'll need to get it arranged again. I hope I figure out a way to not go there everyday soon. Some days, I take all the items out to wash the ranger itself but today isn't that day, I'm too lazy for that.
Oh how I love days when I don't get to wash dishes, especially when it's so many. Well, I'm not at home and I don't have much dishes to wash here in school so these were the only dirty plates to wash today. My favourite washing soap was used, forgot to take a picture of it... Maybe next time.
After washing, I always make sure to arrange them on my plate ranger. Like I said, I don't have much dishes so don't laugh at me 😅 these little are more than enough for me to go about in school until I have more visitors than expected hehe.
After all that, I sweep my room floor. It's the final thing I always do before I go take my bath just so I don't feel any dirt under my legs after bathing... It can be very irritating to me. No, I'm not a clean freak, I'm actually the opposite 🤣 but I do my best to keep sanity by being in a clean environment.
