People generally say that if we have a clean room, our thoughts will also be clean and we will have the motivation naturally to do something and achive something. I don't know if this is true, but I personally have experienced that having a clean room definitely helps in productivity. Whatever you see in your room, your thoughts usually go in that direction. If we see some pleasant things in the room, then our thoughts are also clean. I have been in the process of cleaning my room for the past month. I do some small cleanings, but I didn't get a chance to do a deep cleaning.
You might wonder why it is taking so long to clean a room. Actually, I use my room as a storage space to store so many things. My wife was on maternity break and we did not have the chance to clean the room for about 2 years or more. I'm very glad that she is back now and we can do it together again, little by little. Today, we completed a major part of that, and I have also purchased a few things for the room to make my work environment a lot better. She might as well do some work, so I'm in the process of setting it up in such a way that it is suitable for both of us.

Today, only after cleaning, I realized that I have been sitting in this heavy dust for about 1 year. When I'm with my laptop doing my work, I don't care about my surroundings, but now, after cleaning many things, my mind itself is very calm, and tomorrow, when we complete the remaining part of the cleaning activity, I think it will definitely give an even better feeling, and I should say that it is definitely a great pleasure.
Our mind is also like that. Sometimes we keep accumulating many things in our minds, and some negative thoughts in our minds. When it becomes dirty, it will not give a good feeling. But when we start gradually getting rid of them and cleaning them, it gives a great feeling. By cleaning, we don't have to remove the negative thoughts from our mind, and that is also impossible. The best way to do it is to increase the positive thoughts, and gradually the negative thoughts will go away. They say if you ask someone not to think about a monkey for the next 5 minutes, naturally their mind will only think about a monkey for the next 5 seconds.
